We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents, and we are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team.

All Shifts Available:

• 7:00am–3:00pm Full Time and Part Time

• 3:00pm–11:00pm Full Time and Part Time

• 11:00pm–7:00am Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to long-term care residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided
