Job Summary:

Golden Care Therapy, a leading provider of ABA Therapy, is seeking a skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team in Revere, MA. As an ABA Therapist with Golden Care Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. We are committed to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services that promote growth, development, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD, using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, as outlined in the patient's treatment plan

• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system

• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clinical supervisors and BCBAs
