Go Grow ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of dedicated professionals! As an RBT with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. As an RBT with Go Grow ABA, you will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $28/hour

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Middlesex, NJ 08846

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and document data on client progress

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least one year of ABA experience with kids

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

• Ability to pass background check

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
