Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with other caregivers and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
