❤️What You'll Do

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Helping with mobility and daily activities

• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping

• Providing reminders and support with daily routines

• Supporting clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's

• Accompanying clients on errands and appointments

• Communicating important updates to our office team

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Professional and respectful

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

• Strong communicators and team players

• Passionate about helping older adults and individuals who need additional support

• Willing to complete required training and screenings

• Able to provide reliable transportation

Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but we also welcome individuals who are eager to learn.

Experienced caregivers, CNAs, and individuals with dementia care experience are especially encouraged to apply!
