About the Role:

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team as a Per Diem Occupational Therapist. As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to our residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals and maintain independence

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communication with families and residents

• Document all services provided and maintain accurate records

• Supervise and mentor occupational therapy assistants as needed

Requirements:

• Currently licensed and certified as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Missouri
