About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse with our Weekend Opt team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and developing individualized care plans. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed

• Coordinate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:
