Part-Time Direct Support Professional - Robert Kimball (Bobby)

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Middlesex County. 

About This Opportunity 

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule. 

What You’ll Do 

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities out in the community or in home

• Provide community support - outings, shopping

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals. 

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs. 

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. 

Qualifications 

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule. 

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one. 

• experience preferred

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training. 

Schedule:  Tuesdays and Fridays, afternoon hours
Pay: $17-$21/hr
Location: Spotswood, NJ
Driving on shift: REQUIRED
