Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Prosper, serving the Pilot Point area. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to our clients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as needed
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping
• Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being, such as exercise, socializing, and hobbies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including documentation of client care and progress

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience as a Caregiver or related field
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work 12 hours a day, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may be required)
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
