Physical Therapist (Saturdays)

Priority Care Rehab Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for coverage every Saturdays in an outpatient clinic in New Hyde Park, NY.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

• Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s condition, goals, and functional needs

• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and other appropriate interventions

• Address pain, mobility limitations, weakness, balance deficits, and movement dysfunction

• Monitor outcomes and modify treatment as patients progress

• Educate patients on exercises, movement strategies, injury prevention, and home programs

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals when appropriate

What We’re Looking For

• Active state Physical Therapist license and registration

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)

• Outpatient experience preferred

• Strong evaluation, treatment-planning, and patient-education skills

• Ability to manage a caseload while providing individualized care

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Schedule: Saturdays from 9AM to 2PM

• Employment: W-2 or Independent Contractor (1099)

• Location: New Hyde Park, NY
