Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES) is seeking newly certified and early-career BCBAs who want more than a position. We are a small, local, clinician- and founder-led organization where developing strong clinicians is part of how we practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification and applicable licensure

• Newly certified through approximately three years of BCBA experience

• Commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA practice

• Interest in continued learning, mentorship and clinical development

• Ability to work with clients, families, staff, and other disciplines across clinic, home, and school settings

• Willingness to maintain an appropriate in-person presence throughout the BES service area

Compensation

$95,000–$100,000 base salary, plus a $6,000 sign-on bonus. Starting compensation is based on relevant experience and demonstrated clinical competencies.
