Life Skills Coach - Christopher Moorer

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a Life Skills Coach DSP to support one adult in a one-to-one role in Woolwich, NJ.

Make a meaningful difference in a few hours each week. This focused part-time position offers the opportunity to support someone’s independence, daily routines, and community involvement—while leaving room for school, another job, or other commitments.

What you’ll do:

• Provide support at home and in the community, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs and support instructions.

• Help maintain safety, complete required documentation, and communicate reliably with the Kindly Direct Care team.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday, 3:15–6:30 p.m. Consistent attendance is important because the individual and family rely on the agreed schedule.

Pay: $17–$21 per hour

Location: Woolwich, NJ

Driving: Required during shifts. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
