Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Delanco, NJ.

What You’ll Do 

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community. 

• Provide com

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals. 

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs. 

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. 

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. 

Qualifications 

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule. 

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one. 

• Experience preferred

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training. 

Schedule: Fri/Sat/Sun 1:00-4:00 PM and one weekday for a few flexible hours
Pay: $17-$22
Location: Delanco, NJ 
Driving on shift: Required
