(LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse PRN

Glen Brook Rehab and Nursing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team for PRN shifts!

All shifts available:
PRN all shifts!

Responsibilities:

·         Provide nursing care to long-term care residents

·         Administer medications and treatments as ordered

·         Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams

·         Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

Requirements:

·         Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

·         Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

·         New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided
