Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments

• Develop, update, and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training

• Review client data and maintain clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification

• Texas LBA

• Experience with CentralReach preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Comfortable providing remote supervision, coaching RBTs, and guiding caregivers
