As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of medical records, ensuring the highest level of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical records department, ensuring the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Supervise and train medical records staff, providing guidance on proper procedures and protocols

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for managing medical records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless communication and access to patient information

• Analyze and report on medical records data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate exchange of patient information
