Director of Operations

Right at Home is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and grow our multi-location home care business. We're looking for a high-level leader who can quickly learn the operation, build strong relationships, make confident decisions, and take ownership of results.

We are looking for a high-performing professional ready to step into a key leadership role and drive excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple locations

• Manage and support office teams

• Oversee staffing and Clients and Caregivers retention

• Ensure outstanding customer service for clients and caregivers

• Drive growth and operational excellence

• Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement

• Build relationships with referral and community partners

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience

• Strong decision-making and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and people management abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel between Bastrop, Austin, San Marcos, Brenham, and Marble Falls
