Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, social workers, and case managers.

• Visit healthcare facilities and community organizations to promote our home care services.

• Develop new referral sources and maintain existing partnerships.

• Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities.

• Connect with families who may need in-home care services for their loved ones.

• Distribute marketing materials and increase awareness of our services.

• Follow up with referral partners and prospective clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and help increase client referrals.

• Maintain records of outreach activities, contacts, and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong networking, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home care, sales, or business development is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Reliable transportation for community visits and outreach activities.
