Amada Senior Care Orlando is seeking dedicated, reliable, and compassionate Caregivers to join our full-time team. This position is designed for professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care and are looking for stable hours, with the added responsibility of supporting our emergency on-call rotation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Hourly Rate: $17.50 - $19 per hour for active shifts.

• On-Call Pay: $15.00/hour (Florida State Minimum Wage) for all standby on-call hours.

• On-Call Premium: $3.00/hour differential added to your regular rate for any active hours worked while on-call.

• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x your regular rate for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek.

• Guaranteed Minimum: If called into an active shift during your on-call block, you are guaranteed a minimum of 6 hours of pay.

What You’ll Do

• Direct Care: Provide 36 hours per week of high-quality, personalized care in our clients' homes.

• On-Call Support: Participate in a mandatory on-call rotation to ensure our clients have coverage during emergencies or last-minute scheduling gaps.

• Reliability: Maintain a high standard of attendance and professionalism, ensuring you are reachable and ready to respond when on-call.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of caregiving experience.

• Valid CNA or HHA certification.

• CPR and First Aid certification

• Comfortable driving on highways/expressways

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and Vehicle Registration.

• Ability to acknowledge shift requests within 15 minutes and arrive at a client location within 90 minutes.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional reliability.

• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
