Pay Rate: $35–$37 per hour

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and support residents in reaching their physical therapy goals in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized therapy plans.

• Deliver safe and effective rehabilitative treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.

• Follow facility protocols, including infection control and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Document therapy sessions accurately and communicate progress to the care team.

• Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or missing Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) promptly.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant license in Florida.

• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Dedication to delivering patient-centered care and positive outcomes.
