Some things we can teach. Others, you bring with you.
You notice when someone needs a hand. You follow through when you say you'll do something. You know how to make people feel comfortable, and you've got enough common sense to know when to ask questions.
You're kind, dependable, and can roll with the unexpected without losing your sense of humor.
Sound like you? We should talk.
Experience Professional Care Solutions (EPCS) is hiring In Home Caregivers at $23–$26/hour base pay, with opportunities to earn up to $29/hour on eligible premium shifts.
No professional caregiving experience required. We're looking for the right people, not just the right résumés.
We're a locally owned, nurse-led agency helping seniors and adults with disabilities live safely, comfortably, and independently at home.
We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston.
Because learning something new is better when you've got good people in your corner.
We can teach caregiving skills. We provide paid orientation, ongoing training, clear expectations, and leadership that understands the work.
And our team has a few things to say about the support here:
"There's always somebody you can talk to"
— Brandon, Experience Care Provider
"They truly support their staff and their clients"
— Darby, Experience Care Lead
"They absolutely care about their employees"
— April, Experience Care Lead
Here's what you can expect:
Nurse-led leadership and an experienced team to learn from
Paid orientation and ongoing training
Clear communication and support when you have questions
Opportunities to develop your skills and advance
Meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients
We take great care seriously. But we still believe work should have its share of smiles.
We offer structured shift blocks based on client needs and caregiver availability.
8 AM–12 PM | The Early Bird
Start your day making someone's day better.
9 AM–3 PM | The Daytime Sweet Spot
Six hours of meaningful work, minus the traditional 9-to-5.
1 PM–5 PM | The Afternoon Advantage
Not exactly a morning person? We've got afternoons.
5 PM–9 PM | The Evening Crew
Help clients wrap up their day safely and comfortably.
9 PM–7 AM | The Night Owl
A 10-hour awake overnight shift supporting clients through the night.
Shift assignments depend on client needs, qualifications, and availability.
Good caregiving is about more than completing a checklist. It's about paying attention to the person in front of you.
Depending on your training and the client's needs, you'll:
Help with dressing, bathing, grooming, and daily routines
Prepare meals and support nutrition
Provide companionship, conversation, and activities
Assist with mobility and safe transfers
Notice and report changes in a client's well-being
Follow care plans, safety procedures, and document care
Sometimes making someone's day better means helping with a morning routine. Sometimes it means remembering how they like their coffee.
The little things aren't always little.
Forget the impressive résumé for a minute. Let's talk about how you show up.
You have good instincts. You notice when something isn't quite right and know when to speak up.
You do what you say you'll do. People can count on you. Revolutionary, we know.
You're naturally thoughtful. You pay attention to people and the details that matter to them.
You communicate. You ask questions, return messages, and don't leave people guessing.
You're teachable. You can take feedback, learn something new, and keep getting better.
You take ownership. You care about doing things well, even when nobody's watching.
You respect people. You're patient, professional, and understand that helping someone doesn't mean taking over.
Maybe you've worked in hospitality, customer service, childcare, or another people-focused role. Maybe you've helped care for someone you love.
Maybe this is a completely new direction.
We can teach you how to provide care. We want you to bring the character, judgment, and willingness to learn.
You'll need a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a smartphone for scheduling and communication.
You'll also need to be comfortable learning hands-on care skills, following safety procedures, and taking responsibility for the people who depend on you.
No CNA certification or previous professional caregiving experience required.
Base Pay: $23–$26/hour
