Top Penguin ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician in Linwood, Somers Point and Absecon for in-home sessions Monday-Friday 4-6pm, after school. You'll work one-on-one with a child in their home, with hands-on support from our BCBA, Erin. We're a small NJ practice, so you get real guidance, a consistent schedule, and a team that answers your texts.

About the Position

As an RBT you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioral skills while receiving ongoing supervision and support from our clinical team.

Responsibilities

- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy

- Implement individualized treatment plans

- Collect session data accurately

- Communicate with supervising BCBAs

- Complete session documentation

- Maintain professional relationships with families

Qualifications

Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification; reliable transportation; authorized to work in the United States; ability to work independently in clients' homes.

Preferred: Experience with children with autism; ABA experience.

Available Schedule

Monday-Friday 4-6pm, in-home, after school.
