We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our culinary team at Avir at Pebble Creek in El Paso, TX. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for supporting our dietary staff in the preparation and serving of meals to our residents. If you are a team player with a passion for food and excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, including food portioning, plating, and serving
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
• Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure resident meals are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
• Restock supplies and inventory, and perform inventory management tasks as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their dietary needs and preferences

Requirements:

• 0-1 year of experience in food service or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and customer service skills
