About Alora Supports

Alora Supports provides home and community-based services (HCBS) to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We operate in Nebraska and Missouri and are expanding into Utah.

The Role

Alora Supports is a licensed Utah provider, and we’re hiring our first Utah State Director to build and lead our Utah HCBS program. The State Director will hire the Utah team, build referral relationships across the state and grow the program, reporting directly to our executive team. As the Utah program grows, the role will grow with it.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive senior leadership experience in Utah HCBS

• Strong relationships with DSPD, support coordinators and Utah providers

• Deep knowledge of the Community Supports Waiver

• Experience with shared living and in-home services

• A proven record of growing an HCBS program
