About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide with Upscale Home Care, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in Gold Canyon, AZ. You will assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide emotional support and companionship. Your compassion, patience, and dedication will help our clients maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management

• Provide companionship and social support, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, or watching movies

• Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and mobility as needed

• Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to the care team

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 250 pounds with assistance

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
