Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | $17–$19/hour

CARESPHERE is looking for dependable, caring DSPs to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Whether you’re helping someone prepare a meal, try a new activity, or build confidence with everyday tasks, you’ll get to know the person you support and help them work toward goals that matter to them.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily routines, meal preparation, household tasks, and personal care as needed.

• Help individuals build skills for greater independence.

• Support community outings, hobbies, social connections, and other activities they enjoy.

• Provide transportation when required for the assignment.

• Follow the individual’s support plan and document the support you provide.

• Communicate with the individual, their family, and your CARESPHERE team.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous DSP experience is preferred. Experience in caregiving, healthcare, education, or human services is also welcome.

• Patience, reliability, and respect for each person’s choices.

• A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance for assignments requiring transportation.

• Ability to complete required screenings, training, and electronic visit documentation.
