Job Summary:

Mira at Maumelle is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to our residents in our senior living communities. As a Caregiver, you will deliver personalized care to our residents, support their daily routines, and promote their overall well-being. Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate resident care by assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Support residents during mealtimes, recreational activities, and daily routines, ensuring comfort and dignity

• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights, ensuring safety and attentiveness at all times

• Collaborate with nursing, dining, and life enrichment staff to coordinate and deliver holistic care

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on care practices and community updates

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant preferred, but not required

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and team members

• Ability to provide care with kindness, patience, and respect for residents' dignity and independence

• Dependable and flexible with shift availability (including weekends or holidays as needed)
