As a Registered Behavioral Technician- In Clinic, you will be part of our dedicated team that delivers high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2–7, across clinic-based and in-home settings throughout Northwest Indiana, Hammond, Michigan City, and the greater Indiana region.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavioral Technician- In Clinic, you will play a vital role in our therapy team, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement evidence-based interventions and behavioral plans for our clients. Your experience and expertise will enable you to provide support and guidance to parents and caregivers, promoting a collaborative approach to therapy and driving meaningful outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral plans and interventions designed by BCBAs, under their supervision

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans

• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and support

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
