As an Admissions Director, you will play a vital role in our mission by ensuring a seamless transition for our residents and their loved ones.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the admissions process, including intake assessments, resident profiling, and care planning

• Collaborate with care team members to develop personalized care plans and ensure a smooth transition for new residents

• Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the admissions process

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including admissions data and resident information

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral sources, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and professionalism

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry best practices

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration
