Job Summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver to assist a male client living with Parkinson's disease in Winston, GA.

This position involves providing one hour of evening care to help the client safely and comfortably complete his nighttime routine and prepare for bed.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mobility assistance, transfer boards, and personal care. We are looking for someone who is patient, attentive, and confident in assisting clients with physical limitations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a caregiver looking to supplement their existing schedule with a short, consistent evening shift.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with safe transfers using a transfer board and transfer chair

• Provide toileting assistance and personal hygiene care

• Assist with evening grooming and bedtime preparation

• Support mobility and positioning to ensure client comfort and safety

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance while promoting client dignity and independence

• Follow the client's individualized care plan and communicate any changes or concerns to the care team

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience

• Experience using transfer boards and assisting clients with limited mobility strongly preferred

• Experience caring for individuals with Parkinson's disease or other neurological conditions preferred

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and toileting assistance

• Reliable transportation to Winston, GA

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule

• Ability to pass a background check
