About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Guest Relations Coordinator/Concierge to join our team. As a Guest Relations Coordinator/Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel welcome, supported, and cared for throughout their stay with us. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors, ensuring every individual who walks through our doors feels valued, respected, and cared for.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors, and provide assistance with directions and information

• Coordinate and facilitate events, activities, and outings for our residents

• Maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere in all areas of the community

• Provide assistance with daily living tasks and errands for our residents

• Collaborate with our care team to ensure that residents' needs are met and exceeded

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (guest services, concierge, or customer service)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening via the Florida Clearinghouse
