Regional Director of Nursing (RN)

Location: Upstate New York
Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annually, DOE

A growing skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations across multiple facilities and drive quality, compliance, and clinical performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities

• Partner with DONs and Administrators to improve clinical outcomes

• Lead survey readiness, audits, and regulatory compliance

• Develop and manage Plans of Correction and Directed Plans of Correction

• Oversee critical incident investigations and provide clinical guidance during urgent situations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license

• Required multi-site leadership experience as a Regional Director of Clinical Services or multi-facility DON

• Strong knowledge of SNF regulations, surveys, and clinical investigations

• Proven clinical leadership and problem-solving skills
