Job Summary:

Budding Futures, a Denver-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 2-21 in their homes, schools, and community-based settings. Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect accurate data during each session

• Communicate consistently with supervising BCBAs and care team

• Support children in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills

• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive presence with families

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training

• Reliable and consistent attendance

• Ability to work independently with BCBA support

• Strong communication skills and professionalism

• Commitment to working with children and families
