Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Guest Services/Concierge to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Hialeah, FL. As a Guest Services/Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents and their families receive exceptional service and support during their stay with us.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, providing assistance with navigation and orientation around the facility
• Coordinate and plan special events, activities, and outings for residents, as needed
• Act as a liaison between residents and families, ensuring that their needs are met and concerns are addressed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident activities, preferences, and concerns
• Assist with mail, phone, and package delivery and distribution
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, taking messages, and completing paperwork
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, ensuring that all common areas are tidy and welcoming
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the facility

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
