What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes.

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

• Celebrate milestones, encourage independence, and support positive behavior.

• Collect session data and document progress to help guide each child's growth.

• Partner with BCBAs and families to create a consistent, supportive therapy experience.

• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.

• Communicate well and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

• Can follow individualized treatment plans and accept clinical feedback.

• Have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes in the Passaic area.

• Have previous experience in ABA, autism services, special education, or behavioral health (preferred, but not required).

• Hold an active RBT certification or are interested in pursuing a career in ABA.

• Bilingual Candidates Welcome! Spanish-speaking skills are a plus for certain client cases, but bilingual ability is not required for all positions.

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

• After-school, and evening scheduling options.

• Daytime cases may be added to your schedule as they become available, once your caseload is established.

• Monday–Friday availability, with weekends as needed based on client needs.

• In-home services in Passaic, NJ, and surrounding communities.
