BCaBA or QBA Behavior Analyst

BCaBA or QBA | In-Home ABA | Charlotte, NC | $45 to $70 per hour

Empire ABA is an in-home ABA therapy provider growing in the Charlotte area, and we're looking for a BCaBA or QBA to help lead cases for kids and families across Mecklenburg County and surrounding towns. Full-time and part-time caseloads available.

What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and help develop individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and train RBTs and BTs in the home

• Provide caregiver training and keep families engaged in their child's progress

• Analyze session data and adjust programming

• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time

• Coordinate with your supervising BCBA on case direction

What we're looking for

• Active BCaBA (BACB) or QBA (QABA) certification in good standing

• NC licensure, or eligible to obtain it

• Experience working with children with autism

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes in the Charlotte area

• Able to pass a background check

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
