As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents in our senior living communities. If you're a compassionate and dependable individual with a heart for helping others, we want YOU on our team!

About the Role:

As a Caregiver, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering compassionate resident care: assisting with activities of daily living, supporting residents during mealtimes and daily routines, and responding promptly to resident needs.

• Supporting a safe and healthy environment: assisting with transferring and positioning residents, maintaining a clean and organized living environment, and monitoring residents' health and behavior.

• Promoting engagement and well-being: building positive relationships with residents and families, encouraging resident participation in social and wellness activities, and upholding our mission, values, and care standards.

• Collaborating with team members: working alongside nurses, dining, and life enrichment staff to coordinate and deliver holistic care.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Big Heart):

• Experience and Training: prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant preferred, but not required.

• Skills and Qualities: strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to provide care with kindness, patience, and respect, and dependable and flexible with shift availability.

• Physical Requirements: ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift, and ability to assist with resident transfers and physical support using proper techniques.
