As a Medication Passer, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents. We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Support residents during mealtimes, recreational activities, and daily routines, ensuring comfort and dignity.

• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights, ensuring safety and attentiveness at all times.

• Assist with transferring and positioning residents, using proper safety techniques.

• Maintain a clean and organized living environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks.

• Monitor residents' health and behavior, and report any changes or concerns to nursing or leadership staff.

• Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and families.

• Encourage resident participation in social and wellness activities to enhance quality of life.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant preferred, but not required.

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and team members.

• Ability to provide care with kindness, patience, and respect for residents' dignity and independence.

• Dependable and flexible with shift availability (including weekends or holidays as needed).
