Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technician RBT to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with ASD. As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work directly with children, providing individualized therapy sessions and implementing treatment plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). You will also communicate with families and the clinical team to ensure a collaborative approach to treatment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data

• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA

• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification, or willing to obtain one (paid training provided)

• Experience working with children

• Reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $22 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
