Pay: $23–$28 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Daytime Hours, Daily

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Robbinsville, NJ.

The individual is non-verbal and requires support both at home and in the community. We are looking for someone who is attentive, caring, and able to recognize and respond to non-verbal communication, gestures, and individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support with daily activities.

• Accompany the individual on community outings and recreational activities.

• Communicate patiently and effectively with a non-verbal individual.

• Promote the individual's safety, comfort, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Patient, reliable, compassionate, and responsible.

• Comfortable supporting individuals with disabilities.

• Reliable transportation is preferred for community outings.
