We are seeking a mature, compassionate, and dependable Direct Care Worker (DCW) to provide personalized assistance to a client in Lansdale, PA. The ideal candidate has reliable transportation, is patient and understanding, and is comfortable assisting with daily routines and community activities.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch.

• Provide medication reminders as needed.

• Assist the client with showering and personal hygiene.

• Prepare dinner on designated days.

• Provide transportation to the YMCA and other scheduled activities as needed.

• Offer companionship and emotional support.

• Help maintain a comfortable and supportive environment.

• Follow the care plan and complete assigned tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as an HHA, DCW, or PCA

• Mature, patient, and compassionate.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Dependable, responsible, and punctual.

• Comfortable supporting a client with multiple sclerosis (MS).

• Able to provide respectful, person-centered care.

• Ability to pass a background check

• Current TB test

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
