Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at North Beach Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our diverse population. Our PTs design personalized rehabilitation plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and goals, promoting optimal recovery and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including modalities, exercises, and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective patient outcomes

• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner

• Participate in family education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition to the next level of care

• Stay current with industry developments and advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and training

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited program

• Valid Florida Physical Therapy licensure

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
