Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at Maplewood Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team to deliver exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with our center's policies and procedures
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring that their unique needs are met and exceeded
• Conduct regular rounds to assure quality care, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, social work, and activities, to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in peer review and quality assurance initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes
• Develop and maintain relationships with community hospitals, such as Albert Einstein Medical Center and Temple University Hospital, to ensure seamless admissions and transitions
