We are looking for a creative and engaging T.H.R.I.V.E. Coordinator to lead resident lifestyle programming within our community.

Guided by our T.H.R.I.V.E. Montessori by Mosaic philosophy, this role is responsible for developing meaningful experiences that support the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of our residents.

Physical Requirements

This position is active and involves moving throughout the community. Team members should be able to routinely lift up to 30 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and safely assist residents as needed.

Why This Role Matters

The T.H.R.I.V.E. Coordinator helps shape what everyday life feels like within the community.

This isn't just about creating an activity calendar. It is about getting to know residents, understanding what matters to them, and creating opportunities for people to stay connected, involved, independent, and purposeful.

If you are creative, energetic, organized, and passionate about creating meaningful experiences for older adults, we would love to hear from you.
