Lead Clinical Director Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

A growing ABA organization is looking for an experienced BCBA to step into a senior clinical leadership role. This isn’t a “maintain the status quo” job. You’ll help build the clinical team, systems and culture from the ground up, working directly with company leadership.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor BCBAs and RBTs

• Oversee clinical quality, treatment plans and documentation

• Build clinical policies, workflows and training programs

• Consult on complex cases

• Shape clinical strategy as the company grows

What you bring:

BCBA certification + Massachusetts LABA (or eligibility)

Proven experience leading a clinical team

Strong communicator who delegates well and holds people accountable

Entrepreneurial: excited to build, not just maintain

Big plus: Prior Clinical Director/Manager experience, or licensure in other states
