What You'll Do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and daycare settings.

• Bring individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies to life under BCBA supervision.

• Help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

• Celebrate milestones, encourage independence, and support positive behavior.

• Collect data and document progress to help guide each child's growth.

• Partner with BCBAs, families, and daycare staff to create a consistent, supportive experience.

• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You...

• Hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• Love working with children and want to help them succeed.

• Bring patience, positivity, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

• Communicate well and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

• Have previous experience in ABA, autism services, special education, or behavioral health (a plus, but not required).
