Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to residents in accordance with dietary plans and restrictions

• Maintain accurate records of meal preparation, consumption, and waste management

• Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping fruits and vegetables

• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, including equipment and utensils

• Restock food supplies and maintain inventory of dietary items

• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure efficient meal service and support resident satisfaction

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents
