Community Sales Director

We are hiring a first-rate Senior Living Sales Director to provide expert guidance to seniors and their families looking for supportive care and services in an Assisted Living Community. In this sales position, you will meet with prospects to provide warm, educational tours and guidance while navigating complex lifestyle transitions. You must be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents and their families. 

The Community Sales Director is responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals by building personal relationships and developing community partnerships. 

Qualifications:

~Two (2) or more years of related healthcare sales experience. 

~Must have strong customer service skills, basic financial knowledge, computer skills. 

~Bachelor's Degree preferred

~Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

~Must love seniors

~Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy

~Strong communication skills

~Ability to close the deal

65K Salary + Bonus + Commission. Paid Time off and Holidays. Health Insurance.
