We are seeking caring, reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) who enjoy helping others and making a meaningful difference in their daily lives.

Service Area

We provide non-medical home care services throughout Oklahoma City, Yukon, Edmond, Mustang, Bethany, Warr Acres, Piedmont, Moore, Norman, and surrounding communities.

Our service area extends approximately 25 miles or more from our Oklahoma City office, depending on client needs and staffing availability. Caregivers are assigned to clients based on location, availability, and care needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, as authorized in their care plans.

• Provide companionship, conversation, emotional support, and supervision.

• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

• Offer medication reminders as permitted by agency policy and the client's care plan.

• Assist with errands and appointments when authorized.

• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.

• Promote client dignity, privacy, safety, and independence.

Qualifications

• Previous personal care, home care, or caregiving experience preferred.

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.

• Ability to assist with mobility and physical care duties safely.

• Willingness to complete required orientation, training, and background screening.

• Ability to work independently and follow client care plans.

Compensation and Scheduling

Competitive hourly compensation based on verified experience and qualifications.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with assignments based on client needs, geographic location, and employee availability.
