Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Per Diem, you will play a vital role in our therapeutic team, providing exceptional care to our senior residents. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conducting physical therapy assessments, and implementing interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function. This is a per diem opportunity, allowing you to choose your hours and work flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, in collaboration with a licensed Physical Therapist

• Implement interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to improve mobility, strength, and function

• Monitor and record patient progress, providing feedback to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care

• Participate in staff meetings, in-service trainings, and other educational opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments
